Kofax Rebrands to Tungsten Automation

A new wardrobe for a modern Saas company

I started at Kofax with an established look & feel and the remit to keep everything on brand across all of our customer touch points. With changing business priorities, and the constant flow of new technologies, Kofax realized it needed to evolve its 40 year legacy into something that better reflected the modern SaaS company it had become.

I was given a name and crafted a logo that radiated technology and continued building out out from there. New visual standards, voice and tone, then updating our existing collateral. A massive undertaking which has been recognized as a winner of the 2024 Brandie Award for Best Rebrand in the SaaS category.

Global Live and Virtual Events

Starting off managing global events in 2020 meant focusing on virtual platforms to reach users. Through managing pre-recorded content and live-stream webinars, I established a solid base of event production. Once in-person events became safe again, things really kicked into high gear with our large internal Sales Global Kickoff (GKO): 400-500 employees and partners in Las Vegas meant high expectations. Post-event surveys showed a record-breaking 9.8/10 event rating (so yeah, I crushed it), but then onto plan and produce 8 global Summits across EMEA, America and APAC. Nailed that with $5M in generated pipeline in the first 2 months because of these key areas of my extensive event experience:

  • Event Theme/Concept Development

  • Review and Approval with Executives/Stakeholders

  • Manage Run of Show & Event Logistics

  • Coordinate with Venue/Production Agencies

  • Digital & Physical Signage and Wayfinding

  • Extra Activity Planning (Post-event Celebration, Team Building, Keynotes, Dinners, etc.)

  • Capturing Customer Video Testimonials

  • Coordinate Promotional Communications (Advertising, Social, Email, Web, etc.)

  • Develop Event Content (Presentations, Videos, Workshops)

  • Event Registration Platform Configuration (Landing Pages, Reg Apps, Reporting)
