Nokia Research Center 25th Anniversary
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Nokia Research Center, my team was tasked with creating a memorable celebration spanning 3 global locations. Along with recapping the history of NRC, there were many researchers, lab heads and the CTO giving demos and talks throughout the event. A lot of work, a lot of fun and one of the things I am most proud of from my time at Nokia.
Events were held in Beijing, Palo Alto and Helsinki, all within the same week.
Projects I managed concepting, design and production of include: custom event branding, signage (digital and print), presentations, giveaways, demo resources, videos and collateral/brochures.
Tailored signage, lighting, and decorations per each event location. Worked with local contacts for shipping logistics of shared resources across the 3 events.
The CTO and research lab heads were ecstatic with the event and thanked us many times for a memorable job that was executed without any crises.
