CTO 123 Senior Leadership Event
This event was a technology and research showcase that allowed industry leaders around Silicon Valley to meet, exchange ideas and see what Nokia Research Center was working on in collaboration with UC Berkley, Stanford University and other regional tech partners. Custom event branding, video production, collateral, schwag/giveaways, demo and event signage as well as unique social networking tools were the bulk of the work, along with helping plan the logistics of the event and setting up demo/presentation stations.
Giveaways such as mugs, pens, USB drives and notepads all featured the custom event lockup.
Full-color glossy table toppers were created to help facilitate team seating and discussions.
Special team events/ice breakers were designed for hosted happy hour reception.
