I have lead teams and worked hands-on to manage dozens of large-scale customer experiences starting with user flows, information architecture, and wireframing all the way to development, UAT/QA and user preference or A/B testing.
Experience capturing and presenting learnings from moderated qualitative user interviews in addition to unmoderated quantitative testing studies and metric dashboards.
Fluent in agile development methodologies, working in tandem with multiple IT teams using various development workflow tools (Jira, Basecamp, Workfront), scrum meetings, ticket prioritization and the constant need to balance usability with functionality.
Created and managed low & high-fidelity scalable design systems that allow a consistent user experience to be worked on across multiple teams working independently.
